Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the supply of all goods sold by OOScare Ergonomics to the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the company.
Prices, Specifications and Policies
All prices are in NZ dollars. Prices exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) and shipping. OOScare Ergonomics reserves the right to update prices, specifications and policies at any time without notice. We make great efforts to ensure the prices and specifications of our goods are as accurate and as up to date as possible. However, given the nature of the goods we supply, the availability, price or specifications of goods can change rapidly. We therefore accept no liability should any of the goods be unavailable or if prices or specifications differ from those presented on this web site.
Freight and Delivery
OOScare Ergonomics prides itself on delivering goods to you as fast as possible but it cannot be responsible for any loss whatsoever sustained by the customer for delay in delivery. All items are sent by courier unless otherwise stated. Dates given for shipment or delivery are for guideline purposes only but are not to be treated as a condition of sale. All claims for short shipments or damage must be made no later than 7 days from shipment date. All requests for proof of delivery must be received within 90 days of purchase date.
Return Policy
We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase-so please choose carefully. Any delivery which is not as ordered may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of despatch. It must be in its original condition and packaging and must include proof of purchase such as the invoice number or receipt.
If the product you have purchased is proved to be faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. With a faulty request we must be contacted initially by telephone or email to determine the action.
Consumer Guarantees Act
If the goods have been acquired for business purposes, the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply. In these circumstances the only warrant offered by OOScare Ergonomics (express or implied, statutory or otherwise) is the manufacturer's warranty accompanying the goods, and in no event shall the liability for direct or consequential damages exceed the price paid for the goods.
Risk and Ownership of the Goods Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the customer or to the address specified by the customer. If a carrier is used to effect delivery, delivery to the carrier shall constitute delivery to the customer, and all claims for goods damaged in transit shall be made to the carrier immediately after the delivery of the goods to the customer.
All prices shown exclude GST and delivery and prices may be subject to change without notice.
